Is there a horror boom brewing in Turkey? Could be, what with d@bbe and Gen both releasing over the past year and now Araf ready to hit screens.

From director Biray Dalkiran Araf looks to be a haunting story that nodes to some j-horror tropes while also injecting a very Turkish sensibility. According to the reader who sent in the link the plot involves a restless soul that refuses to leave the earth and is searching for a body to inhabit, according to the trailer there's a good bit of foetal action.
