Miike's Gozu to Hit DVD In November

Pathfinder Pictures has announced that they will be releasing Takashi Miike's eminently strange yakuza film Gozu on DVD in North America on November 23rd. I caught this film at last year's Toronto Film Festival and ended up seated next to the film's local sales agent who spent the entire screening just shaking his head muttering, "This is so messed up ... this is so messed up ..." and he wasn't kidding.
