Complete Promo Teaser For Karim Hussain's FILTHY

It remains to be seen whether or not the fine lads at Mondo Macabro will be able to drum up investors for Karim Hussain's Filthy - a film revolving around garbage fetishists - but as we reported back in May a script is ready for the picture and a promotional trailer prepared to try and make their case. Sure to shock many and simply disgust others, we've just been passed a copy of that trailer, to which I can offer only two comments:

1. Very definitely not work safe.
2. How on earth did Hussain pitch this concept so that the woman in would be willing to play along?
