First Trailer For AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Officially Drops

The teaser trailer for Joss Whedon's superhero all-star sequel Avengers: Age Of Ultron was supposed to premiere next Tuesday during an episode of Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. Today, a lo-res version got leaked, putting the internet in more of a tizzier tizzy than usual. Marvel acted accordingly and has now officially released the trailer.

So, what have you got? Well you've got your Avengers sulking about ruined cityscapes. You've got newbies Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver getting serious, Tony Stark's Hulkbusting armor, and James Spader's Ultron narrating the whole gloomy thing in a rather delicious monologue that will very much tickle the pink of all you Whedon-ites out there... For who better to write a monologue for an evil, world-dominating robot that is being played by a man who once spent an entire interview on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" talking about how eggs were the perfect food.

Marvel's Avengers: Age Of Ultron releases pretty much everywhere on or close to May 1, 2015.
