James Franco To Star In Wim Wenders' EVERY THING WILL BE FINE
The peculiar career path of James Franco takes another interesting turn with word that the star has taken on the lead role in Wim Wenders' 3D drama Every Thing Will Be Fine and while it's been quite some time since Wenders has one much love for a narrative project - the days of Wings Of Desire and Paris, Texas seem well behind him - Wenders' documentary work remains so strong and vital that hope of a return to form on the narrative front always bubbles just below the surface.

According to Variety, Franco will play Tomas, a writer, who accidentally causes the death of a child. The story follows Tomas through the next 12 years as he examines the effect of the accident on his life and that of Kate, the child's mother.

I'm curious how this feels to you. Thematically it seems at home for Wenders but when was the last ime you as a viewer felt that he really had much left in the tank with a fiction film? Does this combination excite you? Let us know in the comments below.
