Four Clips From The Coen Brothers' TRUE GRIT
There are two things that preview audiences for The Coen Brothers' True Grit appear to agree on.
One: The film is fantastic.
Two: Though her name doesn't get marquee treatment on the poster it's the performance of newcomer Hailee Steinfeld that you're likely to leave the theater talking about.
This is, by all accounts, a star-making performance from the young actress, one that sees her going toe to toe with a trio of the best in the business and more than holding her own.
Clearly the producers know what they've got in Steinfeld because they've just released a quartet of clips from the film and while Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon and Josh Brolin are present it's Steinfeld that appears to be the focus of the campaign. Check them out below.
