DVD: Kôsuke Suzuki's PRISONER NO. 07: REINA (JOSHÛ: 07-GÔ REINA)
Art Port K.K. (K.K. Âto Pôto) is scheduled to release Kôsuke Suzuki's Prisoner No. 07: Reina (Joshû: 07-gô Reina) on sale DVD (APS-139) in Japan on November 24th; the DVD is available for pre-order from such online retailers as CD Japan (Neo Wing K.K. / K.K. Neo Wingu) and Amazon Japan K.K..
The screenplay for Prisoner No. 07: Reina was written by Hirotoshi Kobayashi. The movie stars Hanako Nanjô, Saki Kagami, miko, Hironari Amano, Shirô Namiki (PDF file), and Shun Sugata.
Suzuki's previous directing credits include Maicching Machiko! Begins (Maicchingu Machiko! Biginzu), Oppai seijin, the stories "Wisps of Smoke" ("Zan'en") and "The Weight" ("Omoi!") in the omnibus horror movie Tales of Terror (Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro: gekijô-ban), Stop the Bitch Campaign (Enjo-kôsai bokumetsu undô), and Stop the Bitch Campaign Again (Enjo-kôsai bokumetsu undô: jigoku-hen).
In related news, GP Museum Soft K.K. (K.K. GP Myûjiamu Sofuto) is scheduled to release Toshikazu Katsu's Joshû 611: onna-tachi no yakata on DVD and VHS in Japan on January 25th of next year. That movie stars Akira Kiuchi, Harumi Nemoto, Yoshimi Asada, Yôko Kamon, and Jaguar Yokota (Jagâ Yokota).
