The official website for Kôsuke Suzuki's Maicching Machiko! Begins (Maicchingu Machiko! Biginzu) is now online. As was previously reported here on ScreenAnarchy, the movie is scheduled to open at the Shibuya Ciné la sept on September 17th. The screenplay for it was written by Shôichirô Masumoto (see cast below), based on Takeshi Ebihara's manga serial "Maicching Machiko Teacher" ("Maicchingu Machiko sensei"). Its principal cast is as follows: Sayaka Isoyama, Natsume Sano (she was in Norihisa Yoshimura's Killer Bee (Satsujinbachi - kirâ bî)), Sadayoshi Shimane (he played Hokuto's lackey in Yûdai Yamaguchi's Sakigake!! Cromartie High School - The Movie (Sakigake!! Kuromati Kôkô - The Movie)), Takuya Fuji, Mai Miyazawa, Yayoi Suzuki, Tomoki Okamoto (of Hideyoshi - on the left), Shôko Nakahara (she's also in Kei Nakata's Ecstasy Express (Shiberia Chôtokkyû: yokubô ressha), and was in Kanji Tsuda's "Akuryô" in the omnibus horror movie 'Chô' kowai hanashi the movie: yami no eigasai, both Noboru Iguchi's Snake Girl (Madara no shôjo) - one of the half-dozen hour-long movies in the Kazuo Umezu's Horror Theater (Umezu Kazuo: kyôfu gekijô) series - and his 'family drama' Impolite Education (18-kin - abunai kankei: the kinshinsôkan), and Hiroshi Takahashi's Ichi of Sodom (Sodomu no Ichi) - one of the four movies in Euro Space et al.'s Horror Bancho Series (Horâ banchô shirîzu)), Katô (Katoo; he's also in Ryûichi Honda's Ikusa), (Shôichirô) Masumoto (he wrote the screenplay for, and played Noboru Yamaguchi in, (Yûdai) Yamaguchi's Sakigake!! Cromartie High School - The Movie), Yûki (of Hideyoshi - on the right), Aki Miyata (she was in (Hiroshi) Takahashi's Ichi of Sodom), Kôichi Ôhori (on top; he was in Kazushi Watanabe's Space Police (Supêsu porisu)), Yasuhito Hida (a.k.a. Yasuto Hida; he was in Satoshi Miki's Kame wa igai to hayaku oyogu, as well as both (Kôsuke) Suzuki's Oppai seijin and his Stop the Bitch Campaign Again (Enjo-kôsai bokumetsu undô: jigoku-hen)), and Saori Yagi.
Suzuki's previous directing credits include Oppai seijin, the stories "Zan'en" and "Omoi!" in the omnibus horror movie Tales of Terror (Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro: gekijô-ban), Stop the Bitch Campaign (Enjo-kôsai bokumetsu undô), and Stop the Bitch Campaign Again (Enjo-kôsai bokumetsu undô: jigoku-hen).
