Watch First MONSTER HUNT 2 Teaser

Last week we heard that Tony Leung Chiu-wai had joined the cast of Monster Hunt 2 and now we have visual proof, via a new poster and the first teaser for the film.

Running just 39 seconds, it features returning players, lovable creatures and Tony Leung speaking English and wearing modern-day clothing. We're not sure why ... yet.

Raman Hui has returned as director of the live-action/CGI adventure, which is once again aimed at families. The original, which is available to watch on Netflix, is a sprightly adventure that is quite fun to watch, and has far more complex action sequences than I'd expected. Here's hoping for more of the same in the sequel.
