Nathan Lane Among the Actors Representing the World Premiere of No Pay, Nudity
- Q&A with Lee Wilkof, director; Zoe Perry and Loudon Wainwright III at the 21^st Stony Brook Film Festival -

July 27, 2016, Stony Brook, NY – Nathan Lane was among the actors representing the Stony Brook Film Festival’s World Premiere of the drama No Pay, Nudity in support of his long-time friend, Lee Wilkof. 

On stage at the Q&A following the screening was No Pay, Nudity actors Loudon Wainwright III (who is also a Grammy-winning musician) Nathan Lane, Zoe Perry (who Lane noted is the daughter of Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry) and director Lee Wilkof. The film is Wilkof’s directorial debut. Wilkof was the original Seymour in Broadway’s Little Shop of Horrors and has had a successful career in movies and on stage. Future plans include a role on Broadway in Holiday Inn. Nathan Lane also announced future plans – he will be on Broadway in a revival of The Front Page.

The Stony Brook Film Festival, held at Staller Center for the Arts at Stony Brook University, had a sold out house of 950 film lovers for No Pay, Nudity, a drama about a middle aged actor finding his way back in his career. Gabriel Byrne played the main character.  He was unavailable for the screening as he is on break in Ireland following his run on Broadway’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night.
