Shot on weekends between 2011 and 2013 the first teaser has arrived for Fernando and Enrique R. Bencomo's Caracas set Venezualan crime picture Pipi Mil Pupu Dos Lucas and indications are the labor of love has yielded a good result. 

This is very much a teaser so it gets in and out pretty quickly but it's well shot and engaging stuff. Here's a translation of the dialogue courtesy of our Marcelo Cordova:
