INBRED Goes Old School With New Poster
Alex Chandon's grim, grimy, and funny Grand Guignol style film Inbred has a brand new poster, which in my opinion kicks ass. Being the old geezer I am, and growing up on painted style posters, this piece of throwback style art is right up my darkened alley. It's no secret to those that know me that I have been calling Inbred the best gory genre offering in a long, long time.

Harkening back to classics such as An American Werewolf In London, The Hills Have Eyes, and a plethora of what I call "Cornish Terror Flicks", this tale of a group of troubled youth and their counselors running afoul of a very nasty clan of "inbred" townsfolk on a very unlucky weekend is essential viewing for any horror fan. Lucky Toronto area readers have a chance to see it on a screen too, courtesy of Toronto After Dark and Rue Morgue Cinemacabre on October 19'th, 9:30 pm at the Bloor Cinema!
