Who Will Survive The TEXAS FRIGHTMARE WEEKEND 2012 & What Will Be Left Of Them?
This weekend, the southwest's premiere horror convention opens it's doors in a new location near Dallas, Texas!

Not only does Texas Frightmare Weekend have one of the finest line-ups of guests in the horror con world, they also have a screening schedule to die for! Among the films being screened at this year's TFW are The Huff, The Victim, Father's Day, Jacob, Strippers Vs. Werewolves, Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies, and more! Including a secret screening that sounds like it comes from the ever popular Sushi Typhoon school of filmmaking. Many of these screenings will include Q & A's following the films and autograph sessions, and opportunities to meet some of your favorite horror film stars.

Speaking of film stars, this year's TFW has also lined up a number of great panels that promise to be a lot of fun. The one I hope to catch is for They Live, featuring Roddy Piper, Keith Gordon, and Meg Foster. However, that's not all, they also have a Carrie panel with Piper Laurie, PJ Soles (a childhood crush of mine), Nancy Allen, and Betty Buckley! The goodness never ends!

The list of guests this year is pretty incredible, as it has been every year. Among the favorites appearing are all of the folks mentioned above, along with Ernest Borgnine, the lovely Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, Chopping Mall), Lamberto Bava (Demons), Adam Brooks & Conor Sweeney (Astron 6/Father's Day), Ruggero Deodato (Cannibal Holocaust), Sergio Stivaletti, William Forsythe, Anthony Michael Hall, Gunnar Hansen, Danielle Harris (Halloween II), Lawrence Harvey (Human Centipede 2), Clint Howard, Traci Lords (Yum!), Michael Madsen, Micahel Rooker, Gaylen Ross (Dawn of the Dead '78), Theresa Russell, Tom Savini, and the Candyman himself, Tony Todd!

Texas Frightmare Weekend never disappoints, and I'm going to try my damnedest to get out there with the people and scavenge for cool bargains and autographs, all while taking in a couple of righteous flicks!

Texas Frightmare Weekend 2012 takes place THIS WEEKEND! Friday May 4th - Sunday May 6th, ticket location info can be found at the link below.
