3D SEX AND ZEN Sequel to Go 4D!?

When the Hong Kong erotic costume drama film 3D Sex and Zen: Extreme Ecstasy became a huge box office success across Asia last year, we knew its just a matter of time before a sequel is in the works. Sure enough, producer Stephen Shiu Jr recently revealed to the media that he will follow up but the real kicker is he plans to upped the ante to "4D" in hopes to surpass its predecessor. The experimental idea for the sequel (tentatively entitled: 4D Sex and Zen: Slayer of a Thousand from the Mysterious East) is to have the audience watch the film while the seats vibrates at various points, adding an extra dimension to the movie-going experience. This technology has already been installed to atleast one Hong Kong theater. In response to the complaints of the first film, Sui promised the racy scenes will intensified as well.

"This time we will be paying more attention to that, and will be enlisting the aid of experts from Japan to direct these scenes," said Shiu.

The cast hasn't been confirmed officially yet but according to Shui, it will feature the appearances by popular Japanese AV Idols from the Japanese music group Ebisu Muscats, among the member include Big Tits Zombie star Aoi Sora (aka Sola Aoi). Busty Taiwan model Alina Xu was also mentioned, however, Xu quickly denied the rumor on Weibo, saying she hasn't been approached by the producers nor would she give her consent to appear.

"I will never star in "Sex And Zen", be it 3D or 4D. I will not even do nudity in my picture book, let alone in a movie..." she wrote, but stressed that she is not looking down on the adult film industry.

Shooting is expected to begin at the end of the year.
