Watch Now: MOPED KNIGHTS Revs Up 80s Nostalgia

Described as The Warriors meets The Wraith in the press release (I'd argue there's some Psychomania in here as well), Moped Knights is a fun little slice of 80’s-inspired horror. The short film features a resurrected gang of moped riders out for blood.

Directed by Mike Pecci (12 Kilometers) and written by Tony Fernandez, Moped Knights was created as a pitch for a longer series. If you're into great production values and original music from DJ Voltran and Tim Leefo --- as well as from the popular retro-wave act Perturbator --- you'll enjoy this short.

Starring Lance Williams as the Rider, Moped Knights introduces the real-life Boston moped gang The Uglies. The film originally premiered at the Boston Underground Film Festival, where it opened for The Editor, directed by Adam Brooks and Matthew Kennedy.
