Variety announced that Warner Bros. Japan and Toho Studios will produce Takashi Miike's adaptation of a long running anime/manga JoJo's Bizarre Advenure (Jojo no Kimyo na Boken). Miike will be adapting the fourth season of the anime titled Diamond is Unbreakable

Set in 1999, 11 years after the events of Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro Kujo tracks down Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar, to help him in seeking out a magical bow and arrow that grants people Stand powers. Along the way, Josuke and his friends discover that a Stand-using serial killer is on the loose in their hometown of Morioh and only they can stop him. Source - Wikipedia

A Diamond is Unbreakable anime series, which Warner Bros. Japan is also involved with, started airing in Japan and online this past April. Miike's film version is set to release next Summer in 2017. Expect to see it on the international fantastic film circuit then.
