Watching the trailer first helps with context for the relationships between this four characters. Karlous Miller's character looks to have been release from custody at the beginning of the story. The other three, played by the director Rel Howery, Tiffany Haddish and Andrew Bachelor, have lived their lives and have their own grooves now. In the clip the other they discover that Miller's character has other designs for their reunion trip. Old habits die hard, as they say.
