The Many Faces Of Chris Cooper

Among the fine films opening wide this week in North America is Jean-Marc Vallée's Demolition, which knocked out Jason Gorber (his words). It sure has a stellar cast, including Jake Gyllenhaal, Naomi Watts and Chris Cooper. We could have picked any of these for this quiz, but in the end we chose Chris.

If Chris Cooper has a superpower it is how unassuming he looks. At no point do you think you're watching a great actor, he just seems like "one of the REAL people" the casting director must have let participate. Yet give him the material and he'll absolutely floor you with his performance.
