Giveaway: Win Tickets to #HORROR At New York City Horror Film Festival

Next week, the city that never sleeps will have good reason to stay awake.

The New York City Horror Film Festival will be held November 12-15, and courtesy of IFC Midnight and the festival, we have four pairs of tickets to give away to the opening night presentation of #HORROR, written and directed by Tara Subkoff. The cast is led by Chloe Sevigny, Timothy Hutton, Natasha Lyonne, Balthazar Getty, and Taryn Manning.

Here's the official synopsis:

Inspired by actual events, a group of 12-year-old girls face a night of HORROR when the compulsive addiction of an online social media game turns a moment of a cyber bullying to a night of insanity. Tara Subkoff explores the rarefied world of the East Coast privileged through the eyes of a group of 12-year-old girls left alone and pursued by a killer. The film examines a world of escalating cruelty and alienation through an online game where scoring likes comes at the cost of human lives.

The giveaway is now closed. Thank you to all who entered! To enter the giveaway, which is for U.S. residents only, please send us an email with your name and address, and confirm that you are a U.S. resident and that you want to watch a horror movie with a hashtag in its title. We'll select four people at random from entries received by 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on Monday, November 9, 2015.

The festival will also host the world premiere of Ryan M. Andrews' Save Yourself on Friday, November 13 -- our own Michele "Izzy" Galgana wrote about the trailer here -- and the entire program is worth a look.
