HAP AND LEONARD: MAD MEN's Christina Hendricks Joins The Cast

My love for Joe R. Lansdale's Hap and Leonard novels (all of his stuff, really) has been expressed many times on these pages already and it is time once again to break out the Dr. Pepper and Vanilla wafers. 

THR is reporting that Mad Men's Christina Hendricks is joining the cast of Jim Mickle and Nick Damici's Hap and Leonard tv series! 

Now, I am a little disappointed that she will not be playing Hap's (James Purfoy) belle Brett. However, she will be playing Hap's ex-wife Trudy who will show up after a couple years with an offer that the boys cannot refuse. 

The ten-part series will air on Sundance TV in 2016.
