The film is already bolstered by a really good cast to start; Sharlto Copley, Brie Larson, Armie Hammer, Cillian Murphy, Wheatley alumnus Michael Smiley, Enzo Cilenti (who was also just in Wheatley's High Rise) and Babou Ceesay ('71).
Joining them will be young lads Jack Reynor and Sam Riley. ScreenAnarchy fave Noah Taylor (Edge of Tomorrow) rounds up the additions.
Set in Boston in the late 1970's, [the film] follows a woman (Larson), who has brokered a meeting in a deserted warehouse between two Irishmen (Murphy and Smiley) and a gang (led by Hammer and Copley) who are selling them a stash of guns. But when shots are fired in the handover, a heart-stopping game of survival ensues.
Martin Scorsese is executive producing the film. Wheatley wrote the film with regular collaborator Amy Jump (Kill List, A Field in England, Sightseers and High Rise)
