Both films offer a great selection of cars to drool over and/or laugh at: Mad Max Fury Road has those driving fortresses, which look like they've been welded together by an army of maniac baboons, while the Fast and the Furious films have always "pimped" up (and smashed) all cars, from the very cheap to the ridiculously expensive.
Of course these two films are hardly the first ones to do so, a fact emphasized by both being sequels. The history of television and cinema is peppered with great road vehicles, from Thunderbirds' Lady Penelope's six-wheeled Rolls Royce, to Knight Rider's Kit, to John Carpenter's (Stephen King's) titular Christine, to... well, you get the picture. The James Bond films also had a nice and eclectic collection of them, if I remember correctly.
Which one do you like best though? What is your favorite earthbound mode of transportation, spotted in a film? Was it rugged, elegant, sleek? Vintage or futuristic?
