CAPTAIN AMERICA Writers Put Pen To Paper For AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Films

The fraternity of Marvel Entertainment is a small one. Too many cooks spoil the broth as they say. And if it ain't broke don't fix it. Variety reported that Captain America scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely (The First Avenger, Winter Solider and upcoming Civil War) have just been hired to write the next Avengers film(s), Infinity War, parts 1 and 2.

"Chris and Steve have been an integral part of the Marvel family since the early days of Phase 1, and their work speaks for itself," said producer Kevin Feige. "We couldn't be more excited to have them with us to help guide the Avengers through their biggest story yet."

The Captain America films are arguably the strongest in the Marvel lineup and up to now have had more of an impact on the whole of the Marvel universe than any other film. At the very least there will be a sense of continuity in style as they work with the Russo brothers once again.

Add to this news a side note that the Infinity War films will be the first films shot entirely with the Imax 2D cameras. The Russo Brothers will shoot about 15 minutes of Civil War with it before going full on for Infinity War
