DEATH AND THE ROBOT: Watch This Bittersweet Story Of Friendship

We have a nice animated short film to share with you called Death and the Robot. The short was director Austin Taylor's 4th Year Thesis Film at the UNC School of the Arts. The puppets were created by using a Dimension 3D printer. During it's festival run it was the Winner of "Best Animation" Award at the Asheville Cinema Festival. Now that the festival run is over the filmmakers have made their film available for all to watch.

Two lonely souls, bored of their safe havens, venture into new worlds and share an encounter that will nurture a friendship and an everlasting legacy.

Death and the Robot was written and produced by Alex Thompson. Austin Taylor, went on to do freelance work with Prologue at the time that they were creating the opening title sequence for American Horror Story Freakshow. Thompson is currently in post on a sci-fi fantasy short he wrote and directed and was produced by Sam Froelich (Cabin Fever).
