It's ironic to see, whoops, hear him as a voice actor, even if it's not for the first time. For Ed Harris is probably best known for looking strong, confident, the stereotypical American hero or Aryan villain, provided what the script calls for.
That would be selling him short, though, because he is a fine, fine actor indeed, and not afraid to experiment with unusual character parts. Not all of these are successful, but more often than not Ed Harris turns out to be the most reliably good thing about the films he's in.
