Back in 2011 we were treated to one of the greatest visions of science fiction cinema has seen in quite some time. Still criminally underseen, Panos Cosmatos' debut feature is an absolute masterpiece of audio-visual design and hypnotic psychedelia. If you haven't seen it yet, seek it out!

The film's director tweeted a link earlier in the weekend to this "animation tribute" to his film, by Grigoriy Bychkov, and it's pretty damn cool.
