In the Information age where even the smallest news detail is exposed online before a film is released, there are some things that are better left unseen at the risk of spoiling the element of surprise. However, being an eager action fan for all things involving Donnie Yen putting the beatdown in true bad ass fashion, I couldn't help share this fight scene clip for Clarence Fok's
Special ID. It features Yen laying a path of destruction on a gang of thugs in a crammed kitchen and it looks brutally awesome. The other two major fight set-piece is at the
mahjong parlors and a broken highway bridge.
Among the other action highlights beside the fight scenes is the insane vehicular mayhem. The car stunts are coordinated by Bruce Law who recently finished work on
The Raid 2 (aka
Berandal) and if the latest behind the scenes video is any indication, the car chase scene looks to be just as thrilling as the fights.
