The new Evil Dead movie is sure to be one of the most divisive horror films in the coming year. And that is divisive because of the franchise's loyal followers, not because any of us have seen the new film and can judge it by its own merits. Sam Raimi's Evil Dead films are some of the most beloved films in all of horror film history. To make a new seems... sacrilegious.
