You just cannot keep a good franchise down. Changing Bourne appears to be even easier than changing Bonds as there can always be another super-spy in the Treadstone/Blackbriar Program. After having written the first three films in the franchise (which drifts further from the work of Robert Ludlum with each entry) Tony Gilroy will now be writing and directing this entry with some familiar faces, Joan Allen, Scott Glenn, David Strathairn and Albert Finney (but wither Julia Stiles?) and a lot of big new faces including Rachel Weisz, Oscar Isaac and Edward Norton, while Jeremy Renner is handed the keys to the kingdom after doing some solid on-screen training in films like 28 Weeks Later, The Hurt Locker and of course Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.
Here is your first big look at the film in trailer form.
