A nice little video segment has popped up on the eve of Tree of Life's wider expansion into North America, and what better way to convince those on the fence about the art-house film than to have two of the most successful and boundary-pushing mainstream filmmakers, Christopher Nolan and David Fincher, monologue their thoughts on one of the more elusive and esoteric filmmakers currently working today, Terrence Malick. One I should add, that still manages to get his films into the multiplex.
Thanks to Tom Clift over at
