Yes, I am stealing the pull-quote from Andrew McQuade over at GoreZone, because that seems to be the vibe in this trailer, despite the very blunt grind-house-ish title.
Ever see a horror movie written and directed by identical twin sister filmmakers? I am not sure if that is some sort of film nerd fantasy or not, but I am sure that Jen and Sylvia Soska from Vancouver, are looking to splatter their mark on the filmmaking map. They aim to fuck you up, so says Eli Roth. So this is what the film and TV professionals do in their downtime between contract work for American sci-fi and drama shows.
The trailer is below, and the 2008 Teaser below that.

Set in beautiful Vancouver, four friends set out on an everyday errand and end up in a fight for their lives when they discover the body of a dead hooker left in their trunk. Lead by a sexy, impulsive Badass (Sylvia Soska), her distant Geek twin sister (Jen Soska), their bible thumping, Jesus loving Goody Two Shoes friend (CJ Wallis), and a chaotic, rockstar Junkie pal (Rikki Gagne), the group has to put aside their differences to dispose of the body before they're next. Thrown into their own personal purgatory, they face off against persistent police, a sleazy motel manager, chainsaw wielding triads, and a brutal serial killer. All the while they are followed by a mysterious Cowboy Pimp (John Tench) who wants to claim the corpse for his own.
Dead Hooker In A Trunk has unapologetic violence handled with whimsical humor and creative story telling.
