Director Hans Petter Moland has some big shoes to fill with the upcoming thriller
A Conspiracy Of Faith. The third film in the ongoing series of adaptations of Jussi Adler Olsen's Department Q novels,
Faith follows on the heels of
The Keeper Of Lost Causes and
The Absent One, both of which broke Danish box office records and both of which were helmed by Mikkel Norgaard before Norgaard left the series to direct hit comedy
Klown Forever. Clearly the audience for this film is huge which means expectations will be as well but based on the freshly released trailer it appears that they're in good hands.
When an eight-year old message in a bottle ends up at Department Q. Carl
Mørck and his assistant, Assad, are drawn into a horrific case
involving a psychopathic murderer, religious fanaticism and abducted
siblings never reported missing by their parents.
Nikolaj Arcel again handles the adaptation with the rest of the production team and principal cast - most notably Nikolaj Lie Kaas and Fares Fares in the leads - return. Take a look at the trailer below.
