Watch Samuel Jorgensen's SciFi Action Short SINGULARITY

It was all the way back in November of 2012 that we first wrote about Samuel Jorgensen's super ambitious scifi-action short film Singularity. Jorgensen has become a bit of a favorite of ours over the years here at ScreenAnarchy thanks to his slickly produced body of short film work and this one looked to be his largest scale effort yet and - at the time - he was out raising money to make it via a crowd funding campaign. Here's how it was described at the time:

Singularity is a sci-fi action short film set in the near future about a civil war between humans and sentient androids. The film tells the story of a group of Delta force soldiers who are ambushed by androids as they attempt to rescue the US president.

The ultimate goal is to produce a kick-ass sci-fi action film in the vein of The Terminator and Aliens. This is a big ambitious film. It's action packed - the bar has been set high for an independent short film.
