This first feature from director Ismail Basbeth is one of the big Indonesian films to look forward to this year. Another Trip To The Moon had its World Premiere at International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) where it competed for the Hivos Tiger Awards. This simple yet ambitious fantasy drama is inspired by Indonesian folklore. Here's the official synopsis:

A magical surrealist journey of Asa, daughter of a shaman, who confronts her own mother, fighting for her own life and freedom.
