Patrick Stewart Joins Jeremy Saulnier's THE GREEN ROOM As White Supremacist

So, how do you follow up on of the more acclaimed indies of recent years? Very stealthily, apparently, and with a fantastic cast.

Blue Ruin writer-director Jeremy Saulnier is already well into principal photography on follow up The Green Room and word came out today that Patrick Stewart has joined the cast to play a role as Darcy Banker, the leader of a white supremacist group in the Pacific Northwest. Stewart joins a cast of Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Blue Ruin star Macon Blair, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Callum Turner, Mark Webber, Kai Lennox, and Eric Edelstein.

In the crime thriller GREEN ROOM, a young punk rock band find themselves trapped in a secluded venue after stumbling upon a horrific act of violence, fighting for their lives against a gang of white power skinheads intent on eliminating all witnesses.
