Rupesh Paul's 3D erotic action romance "epic of all epics" has a new trailer that shows a little bit more ambition than the previously released boob-centric teaser we shared. In fact, we don't even get cleavage until the second half of this 3 minute monster. This newest trailer is the first to highlight any kind of dialogue, this time in English in an effort to grab the interest of overseas viewers. It will inevitably be cut to shreds when they show it theatrically in India.
Honestly, the action looks like it could be solid, but it suffers from the (not singularly Indian) affliction of slo-mo OD. The film could have 90 minutes of actual action stretched out over 3 hours, but the action looks like it could be interesting. Perhaps tellingly, the trailer's lack of actual acting or dialogue makes me nervous, however, I'll allow it for now.
For those of you hoping to catch another good long look at Sherlyn Chopra's money-makers, you'll be disappointed with this trailer, but you can always check out the link below for the previous footage.
Interestingly, the Kamasutra 3D facebook page notes that today the film's new trailer (newer than this?) will premiere at PVR Cinema in Juhu (Mumbai). So apparently they are looking at the Indian market with great interest, though the crazy high presale numbers from last year's Marche du Film at Cannes suggest that this will be one production fully intending to make the majority of its cash overseas.
In any case, the release is scheduled for May 23rd of this year, though I'm not sure where that release will be.
