Studio Ghibli's From Up On Poppy Hill hits shelves across the USA in a DVD / Blu-ray combo pack September 3rd and it's a charmer. The sophomore film from Miyazaki Goro - son of the famed studio co-founder, Miyazaki Hayao - tells the story of a school girl in 1963 Tokyo with the story balancing a picture of Tokyo in transition with a wistful coming of age romance.
