Luminous Aussie actress Sarah Snook is ascending fast. After filming a supporting role in apocalyptic thriller These Final Hours and being the best thing about Not Suitable for Children last year, Deadline reports Snook has been cast opposite Ethan Hawke in Predestination, the sci-fi followup from Daybreakers directors Peter and Michael Spierig.
In Predestination, based on a classic Robert A. Heinlein short story, Hawke plays a Temporal Agent who on his final assignment pursues a criminal who has long eluded him. Sony has acquired North American and some international rights to the thriller, and filming will begin in Melbourne on April 8.
