When will the bad guys learn that revenge is often a bad idea? Particularly revenge against a guy who has already carved through your forces like a hot knife through butter once. If you want to live, you should probably leave that guy alone. Luckily for action fans big screen bad guys never seem to learn that lesson and that is very much the case in Olivier Megaton's Taken 2.

When Bryan Mills finds out that his ex-wife Lenore is getting a divorce, he invites her and their daughter Kim to join him in Istanbul on the perfect weekend break with the aim of winning back Lenore's heart.

But Bryan killed to save his daughter, in the original film, and now he and his family must pay. Bryan and Lenore are abducted, but Kim manages to escape...
