Korean Sexy Card Caper Film TAZZA: THE HIGH ROLLERS Coming To The US From 5 Points Pictures!

There is a new home video distributor out there who seems to have the kind of massive cojones it takes to jump into the ever expanding niche home video market. That distributor is 5 Points Pictures (the live-action distribution arm of RightStuf, Inc), who today announced an upcoming 2 disc special edition of 2008 Korean box office smash and dangerously sexy crime film, Tazza: The High Rollers (War of Flowers). This marks the film's debut on American DVD, and 5 Points aren't skimping on the extras either. The press release I got today detailed nearly three hours of supplementary material to go along with this great film, here's what 5 points has to say:
TAZZA: THE HIGH ROLLERS

From the Director of The Thieves and The Big Swindle!

After losing his entire savings in an illegal, backroom card game, Goni (CHO Seung-woo, The Sword With No Name) discovers it was all a set up - he was swindled by professional gamblers. Enraged and desperate, he sets out to get his money back by any means necessary.

Impressed by the young man's determination, veteran gambler Mr. Pyeong (BAEK Yoon-sik, The Taste of Money) takes Goni on as his apprentice and teaches him all there is to know about hwatu , a card game also known as "The War of Flowers."

Now Goni is ready to make his debut in an underworld where the stakes are high and the rules are few: To win, you must be ruthless. The hand must be quicker than the eye. No game is safe. And there are no friends for life, just as there are no enemies for life.

Includes the feature film - plus almost 2 hours and 50 minutes of video extras - all with on/off English subtitles!

So, Korean films fans, it's time to put your money where your mouth is. We bitch and moan about these films not being available, well, here they are. Let's show 5 Points Pictures that they've made a good decision!

As of right now, these three films are only available for pre-order at RightStuf.com, so I'll post that link, but if they become available on Amazon in short order, I'll share those links as well.
