Based on this name alone I would guess the next film stars Michael Cera and Zooey Deschanel as boyfriend and girlfriend operating a drive-in in Canada. Their life and love is thrown into disarray with the arrival of a poetic drifter, played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
However it turns out the next film in the trilogy is called Home, Land & Sea, which washes away that indie fantasy in an instant. The synopsis instead is:
A story set over a summer in Melbourne City following two young artists, their hopes, expectations and unique moments shared with the people in this place they now call home. Featuring live performance's from the best of Melbourne's independent music scene, it is a snapshot of a time and place. Blurring the line between documentary and fiction, it explores communication, love and moments that only happen once.
Written & directed by Ryan Alexander Lloyd and starring Oscar Vicente Slorach-Thorn, Michelle Joy Hughes, James Schaw & Camille Keenan, Home, Land & Sea is the second film in the trilogy, with a third film yet to be announced.
