Last week ScreenAnarchy brought you the first trailer for Padraig Reynolds' upcoming indie-horror Rites Of Spring and now with the world premiere at Screamfest LA rapidly approaching we are happy to bring an atmospheric extended clip from the film as well.

After kidnapping the nine-year-old daughter of a wealthy socialite and hiding out in an abandoned school, the kidnappers fall prey to a recurring terror in this place, a bloodlust that comes every first day of spring.

Reynolds aims to push the stalk-and-slash genre into some new territory here and he certainly gets the basics right in the clip below.
