From writer-director Michel Hazanavicius comes this French romance starring Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo, John Goodman, Malcolm McDowell and Missi Pyle. It generated a lot of positive buzz at this year's Cannes Film Festival, where Dujardin took home the Best Actor Award and the film was nominated for the Palme d'Or.

Synopsis (via IMDb): Hollywood, 1927: As silent movie star George Valentin wonders if the arrival of talking pictures will cause him to fade into oblivion, he sparks with Peppy Miller, a young dancer set for a big break.
