I think it must be God punishing us for things like upcoming Bollywood caper comedy, Rascals. The film stars two of Bollywood's bag names, Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan. While Dutt is in need of career resuscitation after several bombs in a row, including recent Pink Panther rip-off, Chatur Singh Two Star, Ajay Devgan is riding high with a string of successful action flicks, including the mega-successful Singham. I'm not exactly sure why he is doing this one. From the trailer, the film looks completely asinine and not worth much more effort than this.
Director David Dhawan has made a career of making Bollywood dumber, and Rascals doesn't look like a departure. Anyway, I feel obligated to share not only because the trailer is so awful looking, but also because the poster is fucking terrible. Popular cinema doesn't have to be stupid, does it?
