CHATTAM's Punches Defy The Laws Of Physics

I have no idea what this movie is about.  The best I can come up with is a one sentence plot summary having something to do with a cop that protects the laws of India and how he is a hero.  Such nonsense is the basic plot for hundreds of south Indian films, and this time, it is the Telugu film, Chattam.  This was the basic plot from Simha, with the cop being replaced by a doctor, and it is also the plot of Bhavani IPS, which I briefly mentioned here a few weeks back.

My knowledge is limited to a few very specific points.  The films star is Jagapathi Babu, who was in some other movies I've never seen or heard of.  Also appearing in the film are comedy stalwarts Brahmanandam and Venu Madham, who, as far as I can tell, are contractually obligated to appear in every Telugu film.

The trailer is below, and while it looks pretty typically south Indian, there is one awesome part where a cop punches a guy so hard, his body practically shatters.  Nice.
