Japan's first significant entry into the global 3D sweepstakes came in the form of Ju-On, The Grudge and Marebito directorTakashi Shimizu's The Shock Labyrinth 3D, a horror picture based around and set in a famous amusement park haunted ride.
Since its release the film has mostly been notable for being ignored around the globe - word is it's not very good - but a new international trailer for the film has turned up in Germany.
The limitations of the premise are obvious, to say nothing of the incredibly rushed production schedule, but there are definitely some vintage Shimizu shots in there, images that should look absolutely amazing in 3D. Check it below.
