It's been a busy year for the team behind Norwegian Nazi-zombie picture Dead Snow. Earlier this year they unleashed another slick genre comedy with gangster effort Tomme Tonner. But apparently one film just wasn't enough and so with a bit of down time and a camera in hand, director Tommy Wirkola gathered up a group of friends - including a stack of familiar faces - and took them off to the woods to shoot a quick and dirty moc-doc much more in keeping with the coarse slapstick style of his pre-Dead Snow parody Kill Buljo.
The result is Kurt Josef Wagle Og Legendem Om Fjordheksa. The story of a group of explorers searching out the truth behind a Norwegian legend, the film hits Norwegian theaters in March. There are a trio of teasers available now, all of them largely dialog based introductions to the characters. It makes little sense to show two of these without subtitles - so I won't - but the introduction to Kristoffer Joner as a high school teacher with ludicrous hair and a wildly inappropriate discipline style is hilarious even without subtitles. Check it below.
