Louis Koo and Daniel Wu go All OK Corral in Derek Yee's 槍王之王 (Triple Tap)

We previously mentioned Derek Yee's upcoming gun bonanza thriller 槍王之王 (Triple Tap), starring Louis Koo, Daniel W, Charlene Choi and Li Bingbing, which recently completed its shoot in utmost secrecy. And why would you shut yourself off and work a few months away from cameras and the rather noisy HK press? So you can devise the most diabolical shootouts HK has seen in a while.

The director of 門徒 (Protégé) is coming back with this psychological thriller starring Koo as Kwan Yau-Fu, a master sharpshooter who meets fellow marksman and police officer Chi-Wai (Wu) in the final match of an IPSC contest. Using The Film Catalogue's synopsis:

"Champion competitive marksman Ken comes across an armored van robbery. He sees a policeman held hostage and shoots and kills four of the robbers. One of the robbers escapes and the policeman survives. The case is handled by Jerry Chang, whom Ken knows from having recently beaten him in a shooting match. Ken is found not guilty in court. Soon after, Ken is attacked by the escaped robber Pang Tao. Their confrontation reveals a very different background story and brings about a myriad of lies and traps and changes in relationships as Jerry and Ken try to outsmart each other."

The teaser doesn't show that much other than guns blazing, but that's good enough, isn't it?
