Back when the first teaser for the second Onechanbara film released I commented that this film felt like more of the same as the first film. I didn't particularly mean this as a bad thing, I mean when the first film is built around a hot Japanese girl in a bikini slaughtering zombies with a samurai sword there's not a lot of reason to ask for change. But I said it and I meant it. Good or bad, it looked like exactly the same stuff that fueled the first film. But now that I have had the chance to see the full trailer for Onechanbara Vortex I feel that I must retract my earlier statement because clearly the producers have added an important new element:
They have realized that after a hard day of slicing and dicing zombies their bikini clad warrior is going to need to take a shower.
