There hasn't been a lot of Russian content represented here at the Hong Kong Filmart but production and sales outfit Rospo Film - the people behind the upcoming big budget remake of Viy - do have one interesting new title on their slate. Titled Snow Doesn't Melt Forever the film is a supernatural thriller revolving around a female novelist who realizes that the novel she is currently working on has been written before - by a Japanese woman centuries earlier. How is this possible and what is the link between the Russian writers' life and the earlier Japanese woman's? The sales promo has arrived online and you can see that this is one beautifully shot piece of work. There are some breasts involved, so it's not entirely safe for work. Check the trailer below the break in the ScreenAnarchy Player.
